My very first book, Alice and Greta: A Tale of Two Witches, was a story I told my children when they were young. My kids are grown now and I’m overjoyed to be writing books for kids with my son, Cliff. In
our first collaboration—Where Do Big Creatures Sleep at Night?—we wanted to give children and their parents a comforting but informative storybook to share at bedtime. Kids and animals are such a natural fit.
With our new book, Where Do Ocean Creatures Sleep at Night?, Cliff and I continue exploring the natural world by diving into the ocean, introducing young readers to mysterious undersea creatures like
the octopus, the clownfish, the seahorse, and more, and show kids that all animals have a bedtime just like they do.
We hope caregivers enjoy snuggling up with their animal-loving kids for a bedtime story that sparks curiosity and sweet dreams.
